We are hiring Embedded Developer for the position based in Malmö, Sweden (Onsite).
Educational Qualification: Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information technology or related field.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Embedded Developer to create and maintain software solutions for internal and external applications, with a focus on BLE modules and radio communications. Responsibilities include developing firmware for ultra-low power devices, optimizing performance and power consumption, debugging real-time systems with lab equipment, building complex test infrastructures, and collaborating with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Required Experience/Competences:
- 7+ Years of experience in C programming for embedded systems.
- Strong experience with C++ or other system-level languages for RTOS and bare-metal environments.
- Solid understanding of BT/Thread and BLE/GATT protocols, including stack implementation.
- Proven track record delivering software for ultra-low power devices.
- Deep expertise in memory management techniques and performance optimization in embedded contexts.
- Full-stack development mindset across firmware and related systems.
- Skilled in debugging real-time systems using wireless sniffers and protocol analyzers.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
