Technology Architect

We are hiring Technology Architect  for Sweden.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technology Architect with deep expertise in Autodesk Revit, BIM workflows, and design automation. The ideal candidate will drive the assessment, standardization, and automation of digital design processes, helping to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency across large-scale design environments. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development experience, and the ability to coach and upskill internal engineering teams.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. 

Technical Skills & Expertise:

• 15+ years of experience in BIM, CAD technical consulting, architecture technology, or related fields.
• Expert-level knowledge of Autodesk Revit, including customization, template development, and API programming.
• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamo scripting and Revit plugin development.
• Experience delivering Revit automation initiatives for large organizations or enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of BIM methodologies, digital design processes, and workflow optimization.
• Ability to evaluate technical requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions.
• Experience with Naviate or similar Revit add-ins.
• Experience working in retail, commercial, or large-scale facility design environments.
• Exposure to both software/platform vendor environments and production delivery organizations.
