Execution Lead

We are hiring Execution Lead for the position based in Lund, Sweden (Onsite)

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Execution Lead with strong expertise in C++ software development and embedded systems to contribute to the development of a modern automotive software platform. The role involves designing and developing framework functionality that powers a wide range of vehicle capabilities, including driver experience, active safety features, and advanced in-car software services. This position also requires occasional technical leadership within the team, facilitating agile ceremonies and supporting collaboration across cross-functional groups. 

Required Experience/Competences:

• 7–10+ years of experience in Software development for embedded systems or similar engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in modern C++ development.
• Experience with embedded Linux development and debugging.
• Knowledge of Python programming for tooling, scripting, or automation.
• Experience with requirement analysis and test development using common unit testing frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with build systems, continuous integration pipelines, and code review practices.
• Strong debugging and fault tracing capabilities across software and hardware environments.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Understanding of software architecture and API design.
• Knowledge of safety and security-critical software development practices in the automotive domain.
• Experience developing embedded software frameworks and APIs.
• Familiarity with C programming and Python best practices.
• Automotive software development experience and familiarity with ASPICE or related standards.
