Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer for maintaining and modernizing business-critical case management applications. The role focuses on lifecycle management (LCM), technical debt reduction, platform upgrades, and backend development using modern engineering practices.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Application Development & Modernization: Build, maintain, and modernize business-critical .NET/C# applications, APIs, and integrations, focusing on migrating to modern .NET platforms, lifecycle management, and reducing technical debt.

DevOps, Collaboration & AI Integration: Support CI/CD workflows including migrating from Azure DevOps to GitHub/GitHub Actions and collaborate within cross-functional Agile teams on automated testing, code reviews, and leveraging AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and quality.
Technical Skills & Expertise:
- 6–9 Years of Backend development experience.
- Strong experience with .NET, C#, .NET Core, APIs, SQL, and enterprise applications.
- Experience with legacy modernization and application lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps, Kubernetes, and Windows Server is a plus.
- Experience in regulated environments such as Banking, Insurance, or KYC is preferred.
- Experience working in Agile teams.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proactive, collaborative, and quality-focused.
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
