We are hiring Technical Tester for Sweden.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Tester to support a large-scale transformation program in the Asset Finance domain. The role focuses on manual testing, test case design, API, integration and end-to-end testing, defect management, and ensuring high-quality deliveries across leasing systems.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Test Execution & Strategy: Design, execute, and manage manual, technical, API, and end-to-end test cases aligned with business requirements and overall strategy to ensure full system coverage.

Collaboration & Process Improvement: Partner closely with developers, stakeholders, and external vendors to manage defects and continuously refine testing documentation and quality practices.
Technical Skills & Expertise:
- Solid experience as a tester in IT projects, with a technical understanding.
- Hands-on experience with manual testing.
- Experience working with APIs and tools such as Postman or similar.
- Experience with Jira, Xray or similar test management tools.
- Strong ability to understand requirements and translate them into effective test cases.
- Experience from leasing systems or leasing processes is a must.
- Good understanding of test methodologies, e.g. ISTQB.
- Experience with integration and end-to-end testing.
Soft Skills:
- Analytical, structured and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently and drive your own testing work.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
- Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
