Technical Team Lead

We are hiring Technical Team Lead for Sweden.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Team Lead working on the develops and operating a broad range of solutions spanning embedded performance measurement software, Python/SQL-based analysis backends, web and frontend applications, dashboards, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and analytics.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in software Engineering or equivalent.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of ~5 engineers, set technical priorities, drive issues to resolution, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

• System Oversight & Operational Excellence: Provide end-to-end technical direction across embedded systems, backend, frontend, data, and infrastructure, while overseeing performance measurement services and driving best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and troubleshooting.

Technical Skills & Expertise:

• 6+ years engineering experience, software development and embedded systems.
• Strong understanding of backend and frontend, structuring data using Python and SQL, and presenting results through web-based interfaces, Grafana and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with C++.
• Good knowledge of embedded Linux and system-level troubleshooting.
• Experience with SQL and data analysis.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and cloud technologies such as AWS.
• Experience with automated testing and software quality practices.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to make decisions, set priorities, challenge technical assumptions, and drive delivery.
