We are hiring Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights for the position based in Sweden – (Full Remote with travel to Stockholm for workshops for approx. 1 time per month)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys Specialist to drive customer engagement and marketing automation solutions. The role requires strong expertise in Customer Insights – Journeys (Real-Time Marketing) along with technical and advisory skills to design and optimize scalable customer journeys. You will collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, data-driven customer experiences.
Required Experience/Competences:
- 7+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant and/or Developer.
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys (Real-Time Marketing).
- Proven experience designing and delivering complex customer journeys in enterprise environments.
- Solid understanding of CRM data models and customer lifecycle management.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 integrations in enterprise ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Experience with Customer Insights – Data.
- Experience working in international, multi-country projects.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive, advisory mindset.
