QA/Test Engineer

We are hiring QA/Test Engineer for Sweden.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced QA/Test Engineer working on advanced LiDAR, sensor technology, embedded systems, and test automation. The role combines hands-on hardware and software testing, system and integration testing, troubleshooting, and automated test development. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in systematic testing, embedded systems, Linux, networking, Python-based test automation, and CI/CD environments. Hands-on experience with hardware, prototype boards, sensor modules, and LiDAR technology will be highly valued

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Testing & Automation: Plan, execute, and automate comprehensive functional, integration, system, and end-to-end tests for LiDAR hardware, sensor modules, and embedded systems.

• Collaboration & Infrastructure: Build test environments, troubleshoot prototype boards, analyze defects, and collaborate with development teams to integrate tests into CI/CD workflows and improve product reliability.

Technical Skills & Expertise:

• 6+ years of experience in QA/Test Engineering.
• Experience with systematic testing of hardware and software.
• Experience with end-to-end, system, and integration testing.
• Knowledge of Linux, networking, TCP/IP, and serial communication.
• Experience with test automation using Python, Robot Framework, or similar tools.
• Understanding CI/CD and building pipelines.
• Experience with embedded systems and sensor integration.
• Hands-on experience with hardware, prototype boards, and sensor modules.
• Knowledge of LiDAR technology is highly desirable.
