We are hiring Product Specialist for Sweden.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Product Specialist / ServiceNow CSM to support Finance & Procurement Global Operations (GBO) in delivering end-to-end automations and integrations between ServiceNow and SAP. The consultant will act as the bridge between business and technical teams, translating requirements into clear functional and technical solutions and validating them through end-to-end testing.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Product Owner, ServiceNow developers, SAP stakeholders, country representatives, and GBO agents.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical and functional solutions.
- Support end-to-end (E2E) testing to validate delivered solutions.
- Create, present, and demonstrate required POCs and final solutions to business stakeholders.
- Contribute to ServiceNow CSM/ITSM implementation and ServiceNow–SAP integration efforts using scripted web services.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in ServiceNow CSM/ITSM implementation.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integrations and Scripted Web Services.
- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript.
- ServiceNow CSA and CAD certified.
- Experience in Business Analysis and delivering POC demos to business stakeholders.
- Merit: ServiceNow CIS-CSM certification.
- Merit: Familiarity with JIRA or the Agile Scrum process.
- Merit: Exposure to Finance and Procurement processes (nice to have).
Soft Skills:
- Strong collaboration skills – works closely across Product Owner, developer, SAP, and business teams.
- Excellent communication skills – able to translate business needs into technical language and vice versa.
- Confident stakeholder management – comfortable engaging country representatives and GBO agents.
- Strong analytical and presentation abilities – capable of demonstrating solutions clearly to business stakeholders.
