Senior Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant / Solution Architect

We are hiring Senior Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant / Solution Architect for Sweden.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant or Solution Architect to support a complex ERP implementation project. The role spans the full project lifecycle from business analysis and solution design through implementation, user training, optimization, change management, and operational support and centers on reviewing customers’ financial and accounting processes and converting their requirements into fit-for-purpose solutions within Dynamics 365 Finance. The consultant will define the solution architecture in line with established ERP practices, produce functional documentation for development teams, and lead customer workshops and training sessions.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute across the entire project lifecycle business analysis, solution design, implementation, user training, optimization, change management, and operational support.
• Review customers’ financial and accounting processes, advise on best practice, and convert requirements into solutions within Dynamics 365 Finance.
• Establish the solution architecture in line with established ERP practices.
• Produce functional documentation for development teams.
• Lead customer workshops and training sessions.
• Guide customers on how to use the platform’s standard functionality effectively.

Required Qualifications:

• Professional fluency in both Danish and English.
• 7+ years’ extensive practical experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX, including experience from one or more ERP implementation projects.
• Professional background in consulting or another advisory role involving direct customer interaction, able to act as the link between business needs and technical delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of financial, accounting, and associated business processes.
• Merit: previous experience as a Solution Architect.
• Merit: knowledge of additional modules within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Merit: Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
• Merit: German language skills.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, acting as the link between business needs and technical delivery.
• Proactive and self-driven, taking initiative and managing work independently.
• Professional fluency in Danish and English (German a merit), enabling smooth client and stakeholder interaction.
