We are hiring Automotive Test Lead (HIL) for the position based in Sweden.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor degree in electrical engineering or an equivalent field.
Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced and innovative Automotive Test Lead to lead the development and management of advanced HIL systems in the automotive domain. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of electrical engineering and software development, coupled with significant expertise in HIL systems and validation processes.
Required Experience/Competences:
- 12-15+ years of experience in electrical engineering and within the automotive industry.
- At least 12 years of hands-on experience in HIL design, testing methodologies and validation testing.
- Experience in leading a team on HIL strategies, including system design, configuration, and optimization, is mandatory.
- Extensive knowledge of HIL development tools, including ETAS, Vector, NI, and Speed goat (hardware and software) is good to have.
Soft Skill:

- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional team management and communication skills.
