Cloud/DevOps Engineer

We are hiring Cloud/DevOps Engineer for Sweden.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Cloud/DevOps Engineer to build and maintain a robust cloud platform supporting containerized microservices. You will work with AWS, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code, focusing on cloud infrastructure, automation, observability, security, reliability, and developer experience. 

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end journeys across homepage, rooms, navigation, and ideas/inspiration surfaces.
• Drive Add to Cart rate from upper-funnel touchpoints through improved discoverability and relevance.
• Build and validate personalized, adaptive content systems that balance utility with clarity and trust.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Content, and Research to define problems and ship solutions.
• Contribute to and extend the client’s design system with patterns built for scale and flexibility.
• Use data, testing, and research to inform direction and measure impact.
• Bring strong design rationale backed by user insights and data, and move quickly from concept to testable prototype.
• Hold your ground in design debates while staying collaborative, and make quick decisions with incomplete information.
• Iterate based on feedback and performance metrics.

Technical Skills & Expertise:

• 6+ years of experience working as a Cloud/DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Platform Engineer or in a similar role such as system administration or backend development.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native and DevOps technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes and Helm.
• Strong experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably using Pulumi.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitLab CI, and GitOps/continuous delivery using Flux.
• Experience with observability, monitoring, logging and tracing, including Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, Grafana Alloy and Fluent Bit.
• Experience or understanding of legacy/transitional observability technologies, including Elasticsearch and Kibana.
• Experience with identity and access management, including Azure Entra ID / Azure AD, and authorization/access control using Keycloak.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Python and Bash.
• Familiarity with Claude and ChatGPT for development, automation, troubleshooting, documentation or productivity.
• Understanding of security, access control, reliability, scalability and maintainability in cloud environments.
