Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst / Business Analyst to support a strategic transformation and performance management program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing data-driven insights, performance tracking, and analytical support to enable informed decision-making and successful program execution. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, business understanding, stakeholder management skills, and expertise in reporting, KPI development, and performance analysis.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Skills & Expertise:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Program Analytics, Financial Analysis, Data Analytics, or a similar role.
- Proven experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting solutions.
- Strong experience analyzing financial and operational performance data.
- Experience working with large datasets and transforming data into actionable business insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI or similar Business Intelligence tools.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data modeling techniques.
- Experience working with financial reporting and controlling processes.
- Familiarity with HR/People Analytics is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of SQL and data extraction/querying techniques is preferred.
- Ability to quickly understand complex business environments and stakeholder requirements.
