Required Experience/Competences:
- 7-8 years proven experience in data engineering and backend development.
- Strong proficiency in Golang, Scala, and Java.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A user-focused mindset with empathy toward internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in enhancing internal workflows and support systems.
Soft Skills:
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools.
