Fullstack Engineer

We are hiring Fullstack Engineer for Sweden.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Engineer focuses on building and operating foundational technology that supports modern customer service experiences, distributed contact centers, message routing, and AI-enabled customer service capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with React, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, Next.js, and Java. A backend-oriented mindset is well suited for this role. You will contribute to building reliable, secure, scalable, and reusable platform capabilities.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science and related engineering field.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Application Development: Design, build, and operate core customer service platform services and production-grade web applications using React, Next.js (SSR/SSG, routing, data-fetching), TypeScript, and Java backends, ensuring high standards for performance, accessibility, security, observability, and testing.

• System Architecture & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and data teams to build foundational message-routing systems, unified APIs, standardized data models, and reusable AI-driven or human-led customer service experiences.

Technical Skills & Expertise:

• 6+ years of Full stack/Software Engineering experience.
• Strong experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Next.js, including SSR/SSG, routing, and data-fetching patterns.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java.
• Experience building production web applications.
• Strong understanding of performance, accessibility, security, and observability.
• Experience with Jest and React Testing Library.
• Experience with component and integration testing.
• Experience building and working with APIs and standardized data models.
• Backend-oriented mindset with strong full stack capabilities.
