IAM Project Manager

We are hiring IAM Project Manager for the position based in Stockholm, Sweden (Onsite).

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on IAM Project Manager to take end-to-end ownership of Identity and Access Management initiatives, driving business value through technical leadership and strategic execution. This role combines deep IAM expertise with agile project management, leading cross-functional engineering teams, defining OKRs/roadmaps, and ensuring seamless stakeholder collaboration across geographically distributed teams.

Required Experience/Competences:

• 3-6 years in Project management experience leading technical teams with complex dependencies.
• Hands-on IAM expertise including Active Directory, Azure AD, B2B/B2C, Microsoft Entra.
• IAM/PAM solution experience (SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, On Identity).
• Proven ability leading geographically distributed technical teams.
• Project roadmap development, OKR creation, and Jira proficiency.
• Experience documenting IAM processes and reporting on system activity.
• Strong understanding of directory services and identity governance.
