We are hiring SAP Cross Functional Lead / Architect for the position based in Stockholm, Sweden (Onsite).
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Cross Functional Lead / Architect to play a key role in a large-scale S/4HANA transformation program and responsible for ensuring end-to-end functional coherence, design quality, and cross-process alignment across multiple SAP functional streams. The position works closely with domain architects, solution architects, and business stakeholders to drive consistent, scalable, and future-proof functional designs aligned with SAP S/4 best practices.
Required Experience/Competences:
- 7–8 years of experience in SAP functional consulting, with strong exposure to S/4HANA transformations.
- Deep hands-on experience in S/4 functional design in one or more core domains (Finance, Logistics, Sales, or Master Data).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end retail business processes and cross-functional integrations.
- Proven experience working in large transformation programs involving multiple functional streams and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of SAP standardization principles and ability to balance them with business-specific needs.
- Experience collaborating with System Integrators (SI) and managing complex functional dependencies.
