We are hiring SAP Test Automation Specialist for Sweden.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a SAP Test Automation Specialist with the supplier test counterpart, define the SAP test automation strategy throughout the S/4HANA transformation journey. The role brings the business and process perspective, working closely with the product teams to identify needs and priorities, and helps ensure the automation effort is aligned with programme priorities and contributes to improvements in quality, speed and risk reduction.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Alignment: Partner with suppliers, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to define the SAP test automation strategy, phased roadmap, and prioritized test scenarios aligned with the S/4HANA programme.

Execution & Reporting: Gather product team feedback through workshops, and compile/report key quality metrics—such as automation coverage, execution time, and release quality—back to the programme.
Technical Skills & Expertise:
- Experience with SAP testing and test automation within an S/4HANA transformation context.
- Ability to define a test automation strategy and phased roadmap aligned with programme priorities.
- Ability to baseline and prioritise automated test scenarios and test coverage with product teams.
- Ability to compile and report quality metrics (automation coverage, execution time, defect detection, release quality).
- Strong understanding of business processes and how they translate into test priorities.
Soft Skills:
- Collaborative working style: partners effectively with the supplier test counterpart and product teams.
- Strong stakeholder alignment: engages business, product, testing, platform, development, operations and implementation partners.
- Facilitation skills: runs surveys and workshops to uncover pain points, needs and priorities.
- Clear reporting and communication of agreed measures to the programme, respecting product owner ownership of adoption.
