We are hiring Senior Cyber Security Engineer for Sweden.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Cyber Security Engineer to strengthen and enhance Security Operations Center (SOC) capabilities, with a strong focus on Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender XDR, security telemetry, detection engineering, and security platform integrations.
Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or another relevant field.
Key Responsibilities:

SOC Engineering & Threat Detection: Design, engineer, and optimize SOC capabilities, threat detection, security monitoring, and detection engineering solutions across Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender XDR.

Platform Strategy & Cross-Functional Operations: Lead technical initiatives, manage technical roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline security telemetry onboarding, log pipelines, and incident response efficiency.
Technical Skills & Expertise:
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, SOC engineering, or Cyber Defense Engineering.
- Strong practical experience in SOC or Cyber Defense Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender XDR.
- Strong understanding of SIEM engineering, telemetry onboarding, log pipelines, integrations and detection engineering.
- Experience with SOAR, MSSP integrations and security platform lifecycle management is highly desirable.
- Relevant Azure cloud certification.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and adapt to changing technical requirements.
