Senior Data Scientist

We are hiring Senior Data Scientist for Sweden.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with strong Python skills and experience in machine learning, statistical modelling and modern AI solutions. The role is hands-on, working with complex data problems that combine structured and unstructured data, and taking solutions from investigation and development through deployment and continuous improvement. The core tech environment includes Python, SQL, Git, Docker, cloud platforms, ML/deep learning and GenAI.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve ML, deep learning and statistical solutions.
• Build Python pipelines for model training and inference.
• Work with data processing, cloud environments and containerized solutions.
• Contribute to CI/CD and deployment workflows.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers and business stakeholders.
• Take solutions from investigation and development through deployment and continuous improvement.

Technical Skills & Expertise:

• 7+ years of experience as a Data Scientist.
• Strong Python and software development skills.
• Experience with machine learning and/or statistical modelling.
• Experience with Git.
• Experience with RAG and MCP, or strong practical understanding.
• Relevant quantitative/technical academic background or equivalent experience.
• Merit: PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Merit: Snowflake / Snowpark.
• Merit: AWS / SageMaker.
• Merit: Docker, CI/CD and Bash.
• Merit: Agentic AI / LLM solutions.
