We are hiring Senior Dynamics 365 Engineer for the position based in Stockholm, Sweden (Onsite).
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Engineer to design, develop, and integrate scalable Dynamics 365 solutions aligned with business requirements. The role combines strong hands-on technical expertise with close collaboration across business and IT stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring solution quality, system stability, and long-term platform scalability within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.
Required Experience/Competences:
- 6–8 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer / Engineer / Solution Architect.
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM modules, especially Sales and Marketing.
- Deep technical expertise in C#, .NET, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 customization.
- Solid experience with integrations using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and related frameworks.
- Proven experience developing custom plugins, workflows, and backend logic in Dynamics 365.
- Strong understanding of solution design, system integrations, and enterprise application landscapes.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear and confident communication skills; ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus).
