We are hiring Senior Lead Developer (MAXIMO Experience) for the position based in Södertälje, Sweden.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer with strong Maximo expertise to oversee development and incident management for industrial maintenance applications within the Industrial Maintenance and Shop floor Services IT group. You will lead the developer team, engage with production unit customers and Product Owners, assist architects with design decisions, and participate in development projects. The role focuses on Maximo Application Suite (MAS)/Maximo Manage configuration, MBO framework mastery, MIF integrations, and enterprise-level API/messaging connectivity.
Required Experience/Competences:
- 7+ Years of Strong experience with IBM Maximo, preferably Maximo Application Suite (MAS) / Maximo Manage
- Experience in configuring and customizing applications, objects, domains, and workflows.
- Good understanding of the Maximo Business Object (MBO) Framework.
- Experience working with Security Groups, roles, and data restrictions.
- Hands-on experience with Database Configuration and Object Structures.
- Solid experience with the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) .
- Experience integrating Maximo with external systems using: REST APIs , SOAP web services.
- Experience with Kafka or other event.
- Experience with middleware solutions, such as ESB and API gateways.
