- Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Content, and Research to define problems and ship solutions.
- Contribute to and extend the client’s design system with patterns built for scale and flexibility.
- Use data, testing, and research to inform direction and measure impact.
- Bring strong design rationale backed by user insights and data, and move quickly from concept to testable prototype.
- Hold your ground in design debates while staying collaborative, and make quick decisions with incomplete information.
- Iterate based on feedback and performance metrics.
Technical Skills & Expertise:
- 4–7 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
- Experience designing e-commerce or transactional experiences at scale.
- Strong visual design and attention to detail.
- Strong experience with Figma and prototyping.

- Understanding of A/B testing, experimentation, analytics, and data-informed design.
- Ability to design for accessibility, performance, and internationalization.
- Skilled at navigating legacy systems and multi-market constraints.
- Experience with personalization or recommendation systems, with good judgment on when not to personalize.
Soft Skills:
- Confident, data-driven communicator — articulates design rationale clearly, backs decisions with data, and is comfortable challenging established conventions or opinionated stakeholders.
- Self-driven and adaptable — takes strong individual ownership, thrives with ambiguity and changing priorities, and solves problems analytically.
- Outcome-oriented — biased toward shipping, learning, and iterating, with a sharp focus on measurable results.
