We are hiring Software Engineer for the position based in Gothenburg, Sweden (Hybrid).
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer focusing on developing advanced services and algorithms that leverage map and vehicle data. The goal is to optimize fuel consumption and enhance energy prediction for electric vehicles, contributing to improved range and efficiency.
Required Experience/Competences:
- 10+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- Strong expertise in Java (version 21+) and Spring Boot.
- Solid understanding of Linux systems and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Experience with backend development and writing efficient, scalable code.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and JMS.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL and Liquibase.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Git, and microservices architecture
- Exposure to AWS cloud services
- Experience with test automation frameworks.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Valid work permit for Sweden or EU citizenship.
