Senior Security Engineer

We are hiring Senior Security Engineer for Sweden.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Security Engineer take ownership of key security areas across application security, AI security and security metrics.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Software Engineering, or a related field.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Security & Privacy Governance: Own and manage security, privacy, and AI security approaches across the application and software development lifecycle, ensuring security-by-design principles, threat modeling, and risk assessments are embedded through cross-functional collaboration.

• Engineering & Continuous Improvement: Analyze system architectures to translate security requirements and risk findings into actionable technical controls, DevOps support, and continuous improvements to security processes and governance.

Technical Skills & Expertise:

• 4–7 years of relevant experience in security engineering, application security, DevSecOps or a closely related field.
• Strong experience in Application Security and Privacy.
• Practical experience with AI Security, including developing or operationalizing security approaches for AI systems.
• Experience developing and maintaining security metrics and dashboards.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI for security reporting and visualization.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a complex, cross-functional environment.
