Senior IAM Engineer / Tech Specialist

We are hiring Senior IAM Engineer / Tech Specialist for Sweden.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior IAM Engineer role focuses on designing, implementing, operating, and evolving enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will work closely with security, cloud, infrastructure, and development teams to deliver secure, scalable IAM solutions and support the organization’s cloud transformation and DevSecOps initiatives.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• IAM Architecture & Operations: Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions across cloud and on-premises environments, including managing authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, identity federation, PKI/certificates, and system integrations.

• Security & Infrastructure Integration: Implement secure onboarding patterns, contribute to DevSecOps automation, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code, while collaborating across teams to ensure strict compliance with security standards.

Technical Skills & Expertise:

• 5+ years of experience in IAM engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with IAM/access management platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SSO, and MFA/FIDO2.
• Strong knowledge of PKI, SSL/TLS, and certificate management.
• Good understanding of DNS, proxies, firewalls, VPNs, and networking.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Keycloak, or Curity.
• Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and DevSecOps.
• Programming experience with Java, Python, Go, JavaScript, or Spring.
• Good knowledge of Linux, LDAP, and OpenShift.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
• Experience in hybrid/multi-cloud enterprise environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
