UX/UI Designer

We are hiring Senior UX/UI Designer for Sweden.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join the Buy Experience team on a full-time consultancy basis. The ideal candidate is not simply a specialist in checkout or transactional design. We are looking for someone who brings fresh thinking, strong design craft, a data-informed mindset, and the confidence to challenge established ways of working.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Software Engineering, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and improve end-to-end customer experiences across the purchase journey.
• Translate user needs, research, analytics, and business objectives into effective design solutions.
• Create rapid prototypes and validate concepts through user testing and experimentation.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, researchers, and other cross-functional.
• Advocate for design decisions using clear rationale, research, analytics, and experimentation.
• Contribute to A/B testing and experimentation initiatives.
• Work with and contribute to design systems and component libraries.
• Ensure experiences are mobile-first, responsive, accessible, and visually polished.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities, incomplete information, and fast delivery cycles.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional experience in UX/UI, Product Design, or Interaction Design.
• Experience designing e-commerce, transactional, or large-scale digital experiences.
• Proven experience working in agile, fast-paced product teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating data-informed design decisions.
• Experience working alongside opinionated stakeholders and advocating for design decisions.
• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and craft
• Strong experience in rapid prototyping and iterative design.
• Knowledge of user research, usability testing, and validation techniques.
• Understanding of A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
• Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
• Strong knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
