Backend Engineer

We are hiring Backend Engineer for Sweden.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Backend Engineer will possess a strong foundation in backend development, API design, cloud technologies, and modern development methodologies to support and scale our platform.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. 

Technical Skills & Expertise:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer
• Programming Languages: Node.js, Java, or C#
• Database Technologies: SQL, specifically PostgreSQL
• API Design & Documentation: REST API design, OpenAPI, Swagger, and GraphQL
• Schema Validation: AI-assisted spec-driven development and validation tools (e.g., Zod)
• Cloud & Containers: Docker, Azure Container Apps, Azure Blob, and Managed Identity
• Infrastructure & CI/CD: CI/CD workflows and Infrastructure as Code (Bicep or Terraform)
• CMS & Architecture: Backend-for-frontend development and Headless CMS solutions (e.g., Contentful)
• Security & Auth: Single Sign-On (SSO), Cloudflare Access, JWT, JWKS, and RBAC workflows
• Version Control: Git and Git Bash
• Frameworks & Additional Languages: Java Spring Boot, C# and .NET, or Python and Flask
• Integrations: AI or MCP integrations (e.g., Anthropic or OpenAI SDKs)
• Data & Streaming: Event streaming and search technologies
• Specialized Tools: Observability tools, Autodesk Forge, or APS Design Automation
• Cloud Architecture: Multi-cloud environments

Soft Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accessibility, information security, and data privacy guidelines.
• Professional fluency to work efficiently in a bilingual environment (Swedish or English).
