We are hiring Cyber Security (IAM) Analyst for the position based in Stockholm (Hybrid – 2 days remote per week).
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Cyber Security (IAM) Analyst to provide hands-on engineering expertise within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain. This role focuses on implementing, configuring, and optimizing IAM platforms to ensure secure and efficient identity operations across cloud and on-premise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IAM technologies, authentication protocols, and identity lifecycle management, with a focus on engineering, troubleshooting, and platform support rather than project coordination.
Required Experience/Competences:
- 3–10 years of experience in IAM, Cyber Security, or related roles (Mid to Senior level).
- Strong knowledge of IAM concepts including authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.
- Experience with Directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP).
- Hands-on experience with IAM tools and platforms (IGA, PAM solutions).
- Good understanding of authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across identity, access, and authentication systems.
- Experience with automation and scripting is a plus.
