We are hiring Senior UX/UI Designer for the position based in Malmö, Sweden (Hybrid).
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to design impactful digital experiences across homepage, navigation, rooms, and inspiration journeys. This role focuses on improving user engagement, discoverability, and conversion by creating intuitive, personalized, and scalable design solutions.
Required Experience/Competences:
- 4–7 years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong skills in visual design, layout, typography, hierarchy, composition, and art direction.
- Experience in interaction design and prototyping.
- Knowledge of accessibility, performance, and responsive design.
- Experience in e-commerce or digital product design.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and analytics tools.
Soft Skills:
- Strong design thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
