Job Summary:
We are looking for an Senior Backend Engineer with Infrastructure Skills owns and oversees the infrastructure that cuts across all engineering disciplines. You will execute on our CI infrastructure strategy, supporting thousands of engineers running hundreds of thousands of builds daily and beyond. This role focuses on keeping our CI systems healthy, automating and improving our CI agents, and scaling our infrastructure to support large-scale monorepos.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science and related engineering field.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Scale and optimize the CI infrastructure and automation strategies to support large-scale monorepos and thousands of daily builds.

Maintain system health and collaborate with sibling teams to define industry-leading CI practices.
Technical Skills & Expertise:
- 6+ years of experience building and implementing large-scale systems across various projects and teams.
- Experienced Software Engineer with Java and Python.
- Familiarity with Linux, MacOS, and Windows, as well as networking fundamentals.
- Experience with HTTP / networking .
- Experience deploying to and implementing solutions in GCP, Azure, and/or AWS.
- Experience with Buildkite or TeamCity.
- Experience with Ansible,Terraform, Packer and Docker
- Strong belief in iteration, understanding that finding the right solution matters more than the first one.
- Focus on standardization and automation, with a constant drive to improve developer experience.
- Enthusiasm for software engineering best practices such as testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
