Microsoft Copilot Studio & Power Platform Developer

We are hiring Microsoft Copilot Studio & Power Platform Developer for Sweden.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Microsoft Copilot Studio & Power Platform Developer to design, develop and integrate intelligent business solutions within the Microsoft agent ecosystem. The role focuses on Copilot Studio Agents, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and integrations with Microsoft 365, Azure Services and enterprise systems. The position combines technical solution design with business process understanding, consulting skills and a strong focus on security, governance and compliance. 

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science and related engineering field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and operate Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, including topics, conversation flows, triggers, actions, agent logic, knowledge sources and generative AI capabilities.
• Develop Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven Apps), complex Power Automate workflows, Dataverse data models and business logic using Power Fx.
• Integrate solutions using REST APIs, custom/standard connectors and Microsoft Graph, with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management and Azure AI Services where required.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure and maintainable technical solutions and document architectures, interfaces, data flows and operating models.
• Implement ALM using solutions, environments, pipelines, Git or Azure DevOps.
• Ensure governance, security, data protection, compliance, DLP, authorization, Entra ID and audit requirements are considered throughout solution development.
• Monitor usage, performance, errors and cost, and support incident, change, release and production operations.

Required Qualifications:

• 3–7+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform
• 1–2+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio or comparable conversational AI/agent solutions.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Power Fx.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph and API integrations.
• Understanding of Azure AI Services, Generative AI and RAG-oriented solution approaches.
• Experience with enterprise governance, security, compliance and ALM.
• Experience delivering production-grade enterprise solutions, beyond prototypes.
• Ability to design scalable integrations using REST APIs, connectors and Azure services.
