Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer (Expert level, 7+ years) to join a development team. Working on the Agentic Development Platform (ADP). The ADP is an innovative platform designed to improve the developer experience by providing out-of-the-box solutions for fundamental development activities, such as project deployment, and reducing the need for developers to navigate multiple portals and systems.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the technical architecture and design of the Agentic Development Platform.
• Design, develop, and deliver new platform features and functionality.
• Design and implement AI/agentic capabilities within the platform.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and developers to translate user needs into effective technical solutions.
• Contribute to UX design with a focus on creating intuitive experiences for developer users.
• Design and implement integrations between the ADP and existing development tools, portals, and services.
• Work with APIs, system integrations, and platform components.
• Prototype and validate solutions based on feedback from Product Owners and end users.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, technical discussions, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Contribute to technical documentation, best practices, and knowledge sharing.
• Support the product team with technical expertise to define the long-term roadmap and strategy for the platform.
• Help evolve the platform from an early-stage prototype into a scalable, production-ready product.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven experience with AI/ML technologies and their practical application in software or development platforms.
• Experience designing and implementing technical architectures for developer tooling or platform products.
• Experience designing and implementing APIs and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, particularly for developer-facing tools and platforms.
