Senior DSP / Signal Processing Engineer – Audio Algorithms

We are hiring Senior DSP / Signal Processing Engineer – Audio Algorithms for Sweden.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior DSP / Signal Processing Engineer focused on audio algorithm development will join a dedicated, highly skilled team working in the early stages of product development, designing, prototyping, validating, and optimizing next-generation audio algorithms and collaborating closely with embedded software engineers to bring them into production. You will navigate evolving requirements, contribute to technical decisions, and help shape the future of the client’s audio solutions.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science,or a related discipline. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Algorithm Development & Optimization: Design, prototype, and evaluate advanced audio and DSP algorithms (including ANC) using MATLAB/Python, optimizing them for resource-constrained embedded platforms.

• Collaboration & Execution: Partner with cross-functional and embedded software teams to drive technical solutions and take ownership of challenges from concept to production.

Technical Skills & Expertise:

• Extensive experience in digital signal processing (DSP) and audio algorithm development.
• Strong experience developing and prototyping algorithms using MATLAB and/or Python.
• Proven experience working with microphones, audio processing, and Active Noise Cancellation (ANC).
• Experience taking algorithms from concept and prototyping through optimization and production implementation.
• Experience optimizing algorithms for accuracy, robustness, computational efficiency, memory usage, and power consumption.
• Experience implementing algorithms on embedded platforms using C/C++.
• Ability to thrive in early-stage product development with changing requirements.
