Staffbase Architect

We are hiring Staffbase Architect for Sweden.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Staffbase Architect centres on the architecture and implementation of enterprise intranet and digital workplace solutions built on Staffbase, integrated with the wider enterprise landscape including Azure Entra ID, AWS, SailPoint, ServiceNow and SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of enterprise application architecture experience and 3+ years of hands-on Staffbase experience.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture, Design & Implementation: Lead the end-to-end architecture, implementation, and rollout of Staffbase solutions, including information architecture, content structures, governance frameworks, channels, pages, widgets, and multi-region/multilingual setups.

• Integrations, Security & Technical Governance: Define enterprise authentication, SSO strategies (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), and third-party integrations (Azure Entra ID, AWS, ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.), while guiding development teams and delivering architectural documentation (SAD, HLD/LLD).

Technical Skills & Expertise:

• 8+ years of enterprise application architecture and 3+ years of Staffbase implementation and administration.
• Enterprise intranet implementation and digital workplace architecture; integrating communication platforms with HR, collaboration and identity systems.
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript; REST APIs and integration frameworks.
• Azure and AWS cloud services; cloud and SaaS platforms.
• Identity and Access Management: SSO, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect.
• Employee communications platforms, CMS, information architecture, digital employee experience design and Agile delivery.
• Merit: Staffbase certifications.
