Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Harness & Hardware Design Engineer to support the development of electrical systems in a complex engineering environment. The role covers electrical system design, including both schematic design and 3D design, and contributes to the development and integration of electrical harnesses and related hardware. The consultant will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Mechanical Design, Production, Purchasing and other technical stakeholders.

Educational Qualification: B.Sc. and/or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work with electrical system design, including schematic design and 3D design.
• Contribute to the development and integration of electrical harnesses and related hardware.
• Collaborate closely with Mechanical Design, Production, Purchasing and other technical stakeholders.
• Ensure electrical solutions are robust, manufacturable and aligned with overall product requirements.
• Manage several tasks and priorities in parallel and support different areas when needed.

Technical Competencies:

• At least 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Previous experience from a similar automotive engineering environment.
• Experience working with CATIA V5.
• Experience with Saber ESD.
• Experience with OAS.
• Merit: Experience with Siemens Capital.
• Merit: Knowledge of FRAS.
