Job Summary:
We are looking for a Junior BMC Helix Developer to build and configure solutions on the BMC Helix Platform, transforming technical designs into functional, secure, and maintainable components. The role focuses on developing Helix applications, implementing workflows, supporting integrations, and assisting with testing and troubleshooting activities. You will work closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to the delivery of scalable enterprise service management solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in BMC Helix, ITSM, and ServiceOps within a collaborative and innovative environment.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Technical Skills & Expertise:
- Below 5 years of experience in software development, low-code development, or enterprise application configuration.
- Hands-on experience with the BMC Helix Platform.
- Experience in software development, application configuration, or low-code platform development gained through academic projects, internships, or early professional experience.
- Strong interest in IT Service Management (ITSM), ServiceOps, or enterprise platforms, with a willingness to learn and grow in the BMC Helix ecosystem.
- Basic understanding of integration concepts, including REST APIs and JSON.
- Exposure to scripting languages or workflow-based automation is an added advantage.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical mindset and willingness to ask questions and challenge requirements.
- Ability to document your work clearly and pragmatically.
- A collaborative attitude and comfort working in a team alongside architects and engineers .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
