Product Designer (UX/UI)

We are hiring Product Designer (UX/UI) for Sweden.

Job Summary

The Product Designer (UX/UI) will design and optimize customer-facing communication experiences across email, push notifications and other owned channels. This mid-to-senior role owns workstreams from discovery through delivery, building scalable UI patterns, templates, and components that support personalization, campaign execution, and consistent brand experiences. Working closely with CRM, Marketing, Loyalty, Product, and Engineering, the role translates customer insights and business goals into effective communication journeys that improve engagement, relevance, usability, and customer value.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science and related engineering field.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and optimize customer-facing communication experiences across email, push notifications, and other owned channels.
• Create scalable UI patterns, templates, and components that support personalization, campaign execution, and consistent brand experiences.
• Collaborate closely with CRM, Marketing, Loyalty, Product, and Engineering teams to translate customer insights and business goals into effective communication journeys.
• Drive discovery, concept development, prototyping, and validation of new communication experiences and lifecycle initiatives.
• Contribute to communication strategy by improving engagement, relevance, usability, and customer value across touchpoints.

Technical Competencies

• Strong product design and UI design capabilities, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality digital experiences.
• Experience designing for email, push notifications, CRM platforms, or other communication-focused products and services.
• Proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, design systems, and component-based design.
• Solid understanding of customer journeys, personalization, lifecycle marketing, and omnichannel user experience.
• Ability to use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions and measure impact.

• Able to work independently, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and balance customer needs with business objectives.
• Strong collaborator with the ability to facilitate discussions and align teams around a shared vision.
