We are hiring Requirement Engineer for the position based in Lund, Sweden (Onsite).
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Requirement Engineer to drive requirement engineering and stakeholder needs management within a complex product development environment. This role focuses on improving requirement workflows, enhancing specification quality, and ensuring traceability across the development lifecycle.
Required Experience/Competences:
- 10+ years of experience in Requirement engineering, system architecture, or similar roles.
- Strong experience in complex system design and large-scale software environments.
- Proven ability to translate business/stakeholder needs into technical specifications.
- Experience working in Agile environments with iterative improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
