AI-Driven Full-Stack Developer

We are hiring Senior AI-Driven Full-Stack Developer for Sweden.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior AI-Driven Full-Stack Developer to join a fast-moving team building internal digital tools that help marketing teams plan and execute initiatives more effectively across global and local markets.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Software Engineering, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain modern full-stack web applications.
• Work across frontend, backend, databases, cloud infrastructure, and APIs.
• Integrate AI capabilities into real-world product features and internal business tools.
• Use AI-powered coding assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent tools as part of the daily development workflow.
• Critically review and validate AI-generated code, identifying potential issues related to functionality, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Design and maintain relational database schemas and implement reliable database changes.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and other external/internal services.
• Build and deploy solutions using Microsoft Azure.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product teams, designers, and other engineers.
• Write clear technical documentation and maintain knowledge of the solutions delivered.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, improve, and maintain applications after they are released to production.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience developing and shipping production-grade web applications; 6–10 years of experience is preferred.
• Strong full-stack development experience covering: Frontend development, Backend development, Relational databases, Cloud platforms, API integrations
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based application deployment.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, database design, and schema management.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools, such as: Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Similar agentic/AI coding tools
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code rather than relying on it without review.
• Experience ship working software, not plans to ship software.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good understanding of software engineering best practices, code quality, testing, security, and maintainability.
• Experience taking ownership of applications and supporting them after.
